Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple concurrent roles as they come up.
• Source and screen candidates via Tally forms, referrals, and job boards.
• Draft and send candidate communication (outreach, screening, offers, rejections).
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal stakeholders.
• Track pipeline status and maintain hiring trackers/spreadsheets.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Take on ad hoc ops and GTM tasks as they come up. This role is dynamic and will expand based on what the business needs.
• What we're looking for
• Fresher or 2-4 years experience, any degree.
• High ownership mindset, doesn't need hand-holding once given a task.
