What you'll do
- Analyse operational and process data
- Track operational KPIs and SLAs
- Build dashboards and operational reports
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Support data-driven operational decisions
- Document work clearly and act on feedback
Who can apply
- A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
- Foundational knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Process Analytics, Data Visualization
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Based in or open to working from Pune
