What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition (60% hunting).
• Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (40% farming).
• Leverage existing relationships and networks within banking, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial services institutions to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, business heads, procurement, compliance teams) to drive consultative selling.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and solution teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on regulatory, compliance, and industry trends impacting BFSI and fintech sectors.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
