Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
Control inventory, costs and wastage
Schedule shifts and train the team
Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
Working knowledge of Restaurant Operations, Team Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Sanquelim, Goa
