- Help run employee-engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and trackers
- Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma (role-dependent, any stream where applicable)
- Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Communication, MS Excel, Employee Engagement
- Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
- Based in or open to working from Mohali, Punjab (or remote where applicable)
- A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
