Screen profiles and schedule interviews
Coordinate offers and onboarding
Maintain the recruitment tracker
Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Communication, LinkedIn
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh (or remote where applicable)
