What you'll do

  • Research and build lists of prospective clients, partners and market segments
  • Support outreach over email, calls and social to generate qualified leads
  • Help prepare pitch decks, proposals and competitive comparisons
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in the CRM
  • Join client calls and meetings, take notes and track follow-ups
  • Analyse pipeline metrics — conversion rates, cycle length, win/loss reasons
  • Coordinate with marketing, product and operations to unblock deals
  • Track industry news and competitor moves relevant to the market

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing or any discipline
  • Graduation year 2025, 2026 or 2027 — final-year students and freshers are welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional languages a plus)
  • Confidence in speaking to new people and handling objections politely
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and basic pipeline analysis
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or LeadSquared) is a plus
  • Research skills — you can profile a company and find the right person to reach
  • Resilience, persistence and a target-driven mindset
  • Strong organisation and follow-through on commitments
  • Interest in the industry and genuine curiosity about customers' problems
