What you'll do

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria
• Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
• Create a positive candidate experience that enhances the company's employer brand
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and tools

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies and interview methods
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
