What you'll do

Support the sales team with app lead management and follow-ups.
Handle inquiries related to the factoHR mobile app and guide prospects through app features and benefits.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents for app sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
Coordinate app demos, meetings, and customer communications.
Track app sales opportunities and pipeline updates.
Work with marketing to ensure timely lead assignment and tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for app onboarding, issue resolution, and documentation.
Provide first-level support for app-related queries from prospects and customers.
Generate sales reports and performance dashboards.
Maintain customer records and contract documentation.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and internal requests.

Who can apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of mobile app support, app sales, or SaaS product demonstrations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, app support, or sales support.
Experience in SaaS, HR technology, mobile app support, or B2B sales support is preferred.
