What you'll do
- Collect, clean and transform raw data so it is accurate, consistent and analysis-ready
- Write and optimise SQL queries to pull data from warehouses and production databases
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business and product stakeholders
- Analyse trends, funnels, cohorts and anomalies, and explain what is driving them
- Partner with product, growth, finance and operations teams to answer business questions with data
- Run data-quality checks and validation so reported numbers can be trusted
- Automate repetitive reporting so the team spends time on analysis, not copy-paste
- Present findings clearly through concise decks, notes and visualisations
Who can apply
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field
- 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
- Strong SQL — joins, aggregations, subqueries and window functions written from scratch
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, charting
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation (pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Metabase
- Understanding of core statistics — distributions, averages vs medians, correlation, basic hypothesis testing
- Ability to structure an ambiguous business question into a concrete analysis plan
- High attention to detail and a healthy scepticism about data quality
- Clear communication — you can explain a chart to someone who has never seen the data
