What you'll do

Analyse applicant financials and bureau data for credit decisions
Monitor portfolio delinquency, roll rates and vintage performance
Prepare credit MIS and early-warning reports
Support policy changes with data-backed recommendations
Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory review
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Credit Risk Fundamentals
Comfort with Excel, SQL and credit bureau data and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
