What you'll do

• About the role: The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to the Bosch Group India, specifically focusing on the IT and ITES services. This position is to predominantly provide legal services for Bosch Global Software company (BGSW) and support to it's worldwide businesses for IT & ITES services.

Who can apply

• What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Law degree (LLB) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Indian law college. LLM or specialization in relevant legal fields is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting and advisory in the IT & ITeS sector, digital business; prior experience in reputed law firms or as in-house counsel supporting in relevant area is highly preferred.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in laws relating to IT, Cyber security, Data privacy, Intellectual property & software related laws.
• Analytical thinking, effective communication, and proactive risk management.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, lawyers from other jurisdictions and work with external counsels.
• Additional Information
• Experience gained from a reputable commercial law firm and then made transition to the in-house legal team of a recognized entity particularly in sectors such as IT, ITeS, digital or other technology.
