What you'll do

Collect, clean and transform raw data so it is accurate, consistent and analysis-ready
Write and optimise SQL queries to pull data from warehouses and production databases
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business and product stakeholders
Analyse trends, funnels, cohorts and anomalies, and explain what is driving them
Partner with product, growth, finance and operations teams to answer business questions with data
Run data-quality checks and validation so reported numbers can be trusted
Automate repetitive reporting so the team spends time on analysis, not copy-paste
Present findings clearly through concise decks, notes and visualisations

Who can apply

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field
0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
Strong SQL — joins, aggregations, subqueries and window functions written from scratch
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, charting
Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation (pandas, NumPy)
Familiarity with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Metabase
Understanding of core statistics — distributions, averages vs medians, correlation, basic hypothesis testing
Ability to structure an ambiguous business question into a concrete analysis plan
High attention to detail and a healthy scepticism about data quality
Clear communication — you can explain a chart to someone who has never seen the data
