What you'll do

Analyse revenue, cost and margin performance
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
Prepare variance analysis and management reporting packs
Support the budgeting and planning cycle with data
Ensure reconciliation and accuracy of financial reporting
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Financial Modelling, SQL
Comfort with Excel, SQL and financial modelling and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Kochi, Kerala or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
