What you'll do

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also use your skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

• As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the post-sales performance of ELSP & ELSB Products in Faridabad (NCR), India, specifying and implementing effective Panel Builder channel initiatives in line with global strategy.

Who can apply

• Sales Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, with solid exposure to the LV Switchgear market in the NCR region.
• Product Knowledge: Solid knowledge and practical experience in Low Voltage Equipment, LV Switchgear, and Electrical Distribution solutions.
• Industrial Segment Knowledge: Good understanding of the Industrial customer segment, market dynamics, customer requirements, and electrical distribution applications.
• Direct Sales & Business Development: Demonstrated experience in direct sales, account management, business development, and cross-selling to meet sales and revenue targets.
• CRM & Sales Operations: Working knowledge of SFDC/CRM operations, including opportunity management, sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and maintaining customer information.
• Customer & Communication Skills: Solid written, verbal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centered mindset and an initiative-driven approach.
• Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or higher qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a full-time, regular program, with relevant industry experience.
