What you'll do
- Clean, analyse and visualise data for hr
- Build dashboards, KPIs and reports using HR Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL, Data Analysis
- Translate numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Partner with product, marketing, finance and operations teams on live projects
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BBA/MBA (any analytical discipline) or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HR Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL
- Comfort with spreadsheets, basic statistics and clear data storytelling
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
