• The Assistant Editor is responsible for managing manuscripts throughout the editorial lifecycle, from submission to final decision. This role serves as a key liaison between authors, reviewers, and internal editorial teams, ensuring a fair, efficient, and high‑quality peer‑review process. The Assistant Editor applies scientific expertise and editorial judgment to support the integrity, impact, and growth of Wiley’s journal portfolio, including titles such as Advanced Science, Advanced Materials, Angewandte Chemie, Chemistry Europe journals, Small, Physical Status Solidi, and Macromolecular journals.
