- Administered Microsoft Windows Server 2016+ environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows networking.

- Handled application publishing, installation, and configuration across multiple environments.
- Prepared and maintained detailed technical documentation for deployments and support procedures.
- Set up and maintained production and test environments, ensuring availability and stability.
- Acted as primary escalation point for support issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.
- Participated in on-call rotation, providing timely response and resolution to critical issues.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
