Who can apply

• ● Review regulatory requirements and identify their applicability to business activities
• 2. Risk Assessment
• ● Assess product/technology, jurisdiction, end-use, end-user and transaction-related risks and identify
• potential restrictions or licensing requirements
• ● Support appropriate controls and escalation of high-risk cases
• 3. Technical Assessments
• ● Review Export Control Questionnaires and product/technology data for classification and compliance
• 4. Stakeholder Coordination
• ● Coordinate with R&D PTM/PM, internal AREG team on Export Control Sanctions matters
• ● Provide guidance to R&D PTM on applicable trade control requirements
