• The Loan Servicing Analysis and Support Analyst serves as a subject matter resource responsible for the comprehensive analysis and resolution of commercial bilateral loan inquiries. Leveraging complex document review, amortization analysis, and system comparison, the Analyst synthesizes findings into clear, actionable guidance that enables bankers and relationship managers to effectively address customer inquiries.

Who can apply

• Preferred experience with complex bilateral commercial loans
• Preferred experience with AFS level III, amortizations and financial impact analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Sound, independent judgment with the ability to interpret loan documentation and procedural guidance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear guidance.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functional teams.
