What you'll do

• Supervises and directs the work of a group or multiple groups of non-exempt employees involved in performing a portion of the sites work activities. Involved in solving problems of routine to moderate scope and complexity and may seek guidance and advice from manager. Utilizes a moderate degree of independence in making decisions
• Responsible for leading a team of offshore mortgage customer specialists focused on initial loan intake, review, and preparation of loan files for submission to Underwriting. This role ensures files are complete, accurate and meet quality standards prior to Underwriting, while driving team performance, efficiency, and compliance with established guidelines. Responsible for balancing workloads to ensure loans are reviewed in accordance with SLAs

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically, 6 to 8 years of total experience in Operational Activities
