What you'll do

• Liquidity & Cash Management
• · Assess funding requirements for international businesses based on budgets and cash flow and prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• · Optimize utilization of surplus funds and ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic requirements.
• · Develop liquidity management strategies to improve working capital efficiency.
• Interest Rate / Debt Management and Banking Relationship Management
• · Monitor interest rate movements, yield curve dynamics and evaluate fixed versus floating rate borrowing strategies.
• · Support banking arrangements for business expansion, acquisitions, and new entities across international markets.
• · Manage agreements, TP considerations, RPT compliance, and audit committee approvals for intercompany loans.
• · Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and facility structures with banks; complete documentation for enhancement, renewals, and amendments.
• · Coordinate with legal teams and banks to finalize agreements and Support debt raising activities including term loans and working capital facilities.
