What you'll do

• To drive end-to-end sourcing and commercialization for Premium Watch Brands (Edge, Nebula, Xylys and future premium brands) by ensuring timely development, supplier capability enhancement, commercial excellence, cost competitiveness, quality, and supply continuity. The role will work closely with Design, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Finance and global suppliers to enable successful product launches and sustained business growth.
• · Develop and execute sourcing strategies for premium watch components and finished products.
• · Lead sourcing activities for New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
• · Identify, evaluate, develop and onboard domestic and international suppliers.
• · Drive techno-commercial negotiations, cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
• · Prepare component-wise cost analysis to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• · Manage procurement activities including RFQs, Purchase Orders, Vendor Approvals, NDAs and commercial documentation.
• · Ensure timely availability of development and production components to meet project milestones.
• · Drive alternate sourcing, dual sourcing and supplier risk mitigation initiatives.
• · Monitor supplier performance across Cost, Quality, Delivery and Responsiveness.
