• Under the direction of the Supervisor, APAC Countries Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will have the relevant experience and a strong interest in supporting the CPT APAC payroll process, with the primary focus on South Korea, followed by Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). The incumbent will possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide customer service to all employees. Knowledge of ADP, Workday system and Service Now ticketing system is an added advantage.
• This position interacts with various levels of personnel both inside and outside the company. That interaction requires good interpersonal skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems and communicating status. Efficiency in this role requires a thorough solid understanding of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position.
• The position reports to the Payroll Supervisor

Who can apply

• Graduate with Minimum of 3-4 years of overall APAC Payroll & HR Ops experience, preferably in a multi-national company
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to priorities multiple entity payrolls concurrently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate to all levels of employees related to payroll items
• Prior experience of Workday and ServiceNow preferred
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and manage deadlines whilst managing a number of priorities
