Who can apply

• Advanced Degree, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical field.
• Competency: Interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, customer focus and handling challenging situation.
• Responsible for performing the routine/preventive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on XRF/OES/Process (CBA) analyzers installed in PAN India.
• Support the analyzer installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting at customer sites and to provide remote support to the clients as needed.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure the customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Provide detailed service reports on a regular basis as soon as service visits are completed.
• Understanding customer needs and concerns, Providing a high level of customer service.
• Actively contribute to achieving the CAS and business goals.
• Travel as directed by the reporting manager to provide customer service.
