What you'll do

• We’re building out our digital marketing team, and we’re looking for a Content & SEO/AEO Specialist to grow how easily customers find us — through search engines, AI-powered tools, and everything in between.

• Day-to-Day, You Will
• Plan and run SEO strategy and audits, keeping our content optimised for how search engines actually rank pages.
• Optimise content for AI engine optimisation (AEO), so we show up well in AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, not just traditional search.
• Write and manage blog and website content that’s genuinely useful to customers and supports our search visibility.
• Manage our Google Business Profile presence, including reviews, so local search results reflect us well.
• Run email marketing that keeps customers engaged, and report on what’s working.
• Your Skills and Experience Might Also Include
• An inclination towards hospitality and/or marketing for hotels is a good-to-have — you understand how guests search and what they need before they book.
