The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and support a dynamic, global business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and legal technology tools is essential, including AI-assisted legal research and drafting platforms, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, and document management software. The candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of supporting a broad spectrum of legal, corporate, HR, compliance, administrative, and strategic initiatives as may be required by the organization from time to time.
