What you'll do
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up on leads and close deals

Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Communication, Sales, Negotiation, CRM
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

- Based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab (or remote where applicable)

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Application Screening — the TatvaSoft recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Sales Executive role in Ludhiana.
- 2Assessment / Assignment — a short practical task or case study to evaluate your sales skills.
- 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Sales Executive.
- 4Second Interview — a deeper discussion with the team lead / hiring manager on real scenarios and problem solving.
- 5HR Discussion — a conversation about your goals, availability, expectations and the offer with TatvaSoft.
