What you'll do

• Build the portfolio: Identify, negotiate and close direct contracts with hotels, resorts and regional chains across CREW's priority markets. 
• Negotiate commercials: Net and static rates, allocation and release periods, cancellation terms, MLOS, blackout handling, override and volume-linked commissions
• Run the daily price check: Monitor CREW's rates against public OTA rates and aggregator/supplier rates on priority properties every day. 
• Own the benchmarking view and the numbers: Maintain the rate-competitiveness reporting for the portfolio - which properties we win on, which we lose on, by how much and against whom - and convert it into a live renegotiation list.
• Price ahead of demand: Track peak seasons, event dates and demand spikes in priority markets, and get rates repriced and allocation topped up before the surge, not after.
• Turn contracts into bookable rates: Partner with ops, product and engineering so signed rates, room content and property mapping load correctly and go live 
• Manage the accounts: Run the review cadence with key hotels and chains - performance against volume commitments, seasonal renegotiation, billing and settlement issues 
• Market intelligence: Represent CREW at trade shows and on market visits, run site inspections, and build relationships with DMCs and hotel representation companies.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Must be based in Bangalore.

• Open to rotational shifts (5-day work week including weekends).
• Willing to travel for contracting, trade shows and site inspections.
• 4-6 years in hotel supply, contracting or distribution - OTA, bedbank/wholesaler, travel agency or TMC, hotel chain sales/revenue management, or DMC.
