What you'll do

• We are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee payroll operations across EMEA and India, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery in a complex global environment. This role serves as the regional payroll subject matter expert and is responsible for the delivery, governance, compliance, and optimization of payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Payroll Operations
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery across assigned EMEA countries and India.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, payments, taxes, statutory deductions, benefits, and reporting.
• Manage payroll calendars, approvals, funding requirements, and operational controls.
• Monitor payroll performance and service levels while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
• Support employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Maintain expertise in payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and statutory requirements across EMEA and India.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and payroll governance standards.

• Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and local payroll partners.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, escalation processes, and service quality standards.
