Who can apply

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, learning & development, performance management, rewards, talent management
• Serve as an escalation point for any grievances and provide guidance and intervention as needed to resolve them
• At least 4 years of experience working as HR Manager in an Information Technology (IT) services and products company
• Must know IT industry best practices in HR Policies and Procedures
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic set-up with a strong analytical and people skills
• Familiar with HR global compliance and guidelines, HR functions within the legal frameworks
• Location: Bhubaneswar
• Salary: No bar for the right candidate
