• Handle guest check-in, check-out and reservations
• Manage the front desk and answer queries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain guest records in the PMS
• Ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

• Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
• Working knowledge of Front Desk Operations, Guest Handling, Communication, PMS (Opera/IDS)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Based in or open to working from Colvale, Goa
