Skills you'll use

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Human Resources or another related business field.
• Minimum 0-1 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, human resources assistant, or recruiting assistant/coordinator - experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Solid technical proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within a given due date; and to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Mumbai office or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, with the ability to exercise strong judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
