What you'll do

• The role will support the design, planning, and execution of employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the HR team and key business stakeholders to create meaningful employee experiences, strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee connect, and build a compelling employer brand across internal and external platforms. The role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of key employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including monthly celebrations such as Victory Vibes, quarterly and annual awards, annual conferences, employee events, and employer branding campaigns.

Who can apply

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, employer branding, internal communications, social media, events, or related HR roles.

• Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
• Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar in alignment with the organization’s culture, people priorities, and business agenda.
• Conceptualize and coordinate monthly employee engagement and celebration initiatives, including Victory Vibes, employee recognition moments, festival celebrations, wellness activities, and other employee-connect programs.
• Drive innovative and inclusive engagement initiatives across employees, teams, functions, and locations.
• Support the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, recognition, and organizational pride.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to identify employee engagement opportunities and address key employee experience themes.
• Track participation, reach, employee feedback, and overall effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
