What you'll do

• We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business and Sales hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and locations.
• The role requires a data-driven and AI-enabled approach to recruitment, with the ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping, talent intelligence, recruitment productivity, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Who can apply

• * 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• * Strong hands-on experience in Business Hiring and Sales Hiring.
• * Experience in managing high-volume as well as lateral hiring.
• * Strong sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
• * Hands-on experience with ATS / recruitment tracking tools
• * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• * Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented recruitment environment
• * Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Lending, Consumer Internet, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
• * Candidates who are currently based in Bangalore or are native to Bangalore will be preferred.
