What you'll do

• Position Summary
• The Business Transformation Analyst, Supply Chain will be based in Hyderabad, India and will support Project Phoenix across the Source to Pay (S2P), Make to Deliver (M2D), and Forecast to Plan (F2P) workstreams. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, track leads, IT, and implementation partners to improve process clarity, maintain requirements traceability, support testing readiness, and help drive cutover preparation for Oracle transformation activities. The role emphasize is on data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, reporting, process discipline, and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, supply chain operations, ERP-enabled process improvement, or program support roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with procurement, planning, manufacturing, operations, engineering, finance, and other business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise systems used for planning, reporting, and execution tracking.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow and documentation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and functions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through in a dynamic transformation environment.
• Familiarity with dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision support.
