What you'll do

• Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing multiple production lines (Cutting, Assembly, Encapsulation lines)
• 1. Production Planning & Execution
• · Execute daily and monthly production plans to meet customer demand.
• · Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• · Monitor production output, cycle time, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• · Coordinate with Planning and Stores to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• · Minimize downtime and ensure smooth shift operations.
• 2. Process Control & Improvement
• · Standardize manufacturing processes and update SOPs and work instructions.
• · Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement initiatives.

• · Conduct safety observations and participate in incident investigations.
