Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Map value streams and identify where the waste actually is
• Run kaizen events with the shop floor team and sustain the gains
• Implement 5S, kanban and visual management on the floor
• Track savings and report them against target
• Train operators and supervisors in lean basics
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen
• Comfort with VSM, kaizen and 5S frameworks, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
