What you'll do
- Analyse applicant financials and bureau data for credit decisions
- Monitor portfolio delinquency, roll rates and vintage performance
- Prepare credit MIS and early-warning reports
- Support policy changes with data-backed recommendations
- Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory review
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Credit Risk Fundamentals
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and credit bureau data and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
