What you'll do

• · Work with clients to identify requirements. Develop a critical understanding of clients' and partners' business and their objectives;
• · Manage the overall expectation, needs and progress of the assigned clients' accounts;
• · Assist in customers’ understanding of the XPO platform;
• · Participate in cross-functional collaboration for customer and sales support;
• · Coordinate work plan closely with the client, operational and technical teams to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery;
• · Coordinate with our sales team to review results and new strategy proposals with clients for the next campaigns, and to provide timely feedback;
• · Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines;
• Desired Skills and Experience
• · 1 year to 3 years of working experience in digital media and/or IT preferred;
• · Good Command on Ex cel and Advance Excel
