Who can apply

• In this professional role, based in Pune, you’ll support managers and employees by coordinating HR requests and transactions across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Associate, you will help ensure requests are properly authorized, accurately documented, compliant, and progressed through the correct process.
• You will work closely with HR Operations, specialist teams, and other functions to resolve cases from request to closure. Strong judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, confidentiality, and a customer service mindset are critical to success in this role.
