What you'll do
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports on schedule
- Automate recurring reports with Excel, SQL and Power BI
- Validate every published number against source systems
- Maintain report definitions and distribution lists
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests within agreed turnaround
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Kozhikode, Kerala or willing to relocate

- 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
- 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
- 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
