• Corporate actions play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality equity and equity derivative products to our esteemed clients.
• Your role in the Team’s Success
• Our team operates within the Trading and Operations division, handling comprehensive end-to-end processing of all corporate actions and stock transfers, encompassing both mandatory and voluntary events for our global business. We proudly serve clients across various geographical regions, including APAC, EMEA and US.

Who can apply

• A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in financial services with good understanding of Corporate Actions
• Strong data analytical skills such as Tableau is desired
• Advanced excel knowledge - Macro, VBA and power query
• Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money
• Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
• Great team player
• Self-motivation and organization – the ability to manage your own time and tasks effectively
• Good communication skills.
