What you'll do

• Digital Product Strategy & Delivery
• Build and enhance digital journeys for Home Loan and Suvidha LAP customers, partners, and internal users.
• Translate business objectives into product roadmaps, requirements, and technology solutions.
• Prepare PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications; prioritize features and enhancements based on business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Digital, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Evaluate and implement scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital solutions.
• Program Governance & Delivery Management
• Manage project execution, sprint planning, and end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage production defects and ensure timely closure based on business impact and severity.
