• The Channel Lead – Acquisition will be responsible for strategically leading and enabling the frontline sales force, including Acquisition Officers, Senior Sales Officers, and Senior Sales Managers across household, Current and Corporate Salary verticals. This role focuses on driving engagement with both portfolio and new-to-bank (NTB) customers to enhance wallet share, improve productivity, and ensure customer stickiness through targeted initiatives and programs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences and business outcomes.
