Skills you'll use

Who can apply

• 3+ years of experience working with contract lifecycle management, e-signature, or related business systems, with an understanding of how information flows across platforms and business processes
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain clear records, and keep stakeholders informed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve processes
• You might also have...
• Ironclad certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Workflow Designer) or equivalent CLM credential
• Scripting or low-code automation experience — Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
• Comfort with APIs and JSON, conditional and Boolean logic, Excel or spreadsheet modeling at a functional level, and data mapping and transformation
• A JD, LLB, paralegal certification, or substantive in-house or law firm experience — enough grounding to engage credibly with attorneys on contract terms and risk
