What you'll do

  • Convert customer schedules into daily and weekly production plans
  • Run MRP and release material requirements to purchase
  • Balance plans against machine and manpower capacity
  • Track plan versus actual and re-plan against disruption
  • Report adherence, shortages and capacity risks
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning
  • Comfort with SAP PP, MRP and scheduling tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
