What you'll do

• Review and index documents accurately as per process guidelines.
• Validate document type, policy details, and required information.
• Route documents to the appropriate queue/workflow.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and TAT/SLA adherence.
• Identify exceptions and escalate discrepancies as required.
• Follow quality, compliance, and data security standards.
• Responsible for reviewing and editing survey reports submitted by field staff in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures and standards
• Closely work with field staff to give constructive feedback and resolve all open issues
• Follow appropriate Operating procedure
• Meet quality goals
