Who can apply

• 4+ Years of Overall experience, preferably in Revenue/ Sales Operations, PnL, Ops & Strategy or other related fields
• Must Have - 2+ Years of experience in Revenue/ Strategy/ Growth function in B2C
• Preferred - Tier-1 UG/ Tier 1/ 2 MBA (with at least 2 years of experience post MBA)
• Highly Preferred - Salesforce system admin experience, experience with configuring and using sales technologies (e.g. CRM - Salesforce,Hubspot, Telephony Tools etc.)
• Proficient in using analytical tools like Excel, SQL to derive actionable insights from data
• Highly motivated, self-directed, team player that can be a jack-of-all-trades
• Demonstrated capabilities of working in a high growth, ambiguous startup environment
• Comfort with ambiguity, a positive attitude, and a drive to manage projects to completion.
• Comfort with numbers and analysis with a desire to build on analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
