What you'll do

• Create beautiful, visually surprising, and engaging work.
• Repeat: Create beautiful, visually surprising, and engaging work.
• Provide graphic design support on creative campaigns and promotional materials, client sustainability communications, including reports, websites, identity systems, stakeholder engagement materials, digital dashboards, proposals, and presentations.
• Consult with client teams and directly with clients on creative, engaging ways to leverage communications in the digital space.
• Build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Research and report on design and market trends to the team and ERM’s Visual Communication Design technical community.
• Stay current on creative tools, methods, and best practices for graphic design.

• Able to work extended hours when necessary.
